The last of the great Renaissance Loire Chateau, Villandry was completed in 1536 by Jean le Breton.

Our tour was conducted by Henri Carvallo, the current manager. His family has devoted several generations to the restoration of Villandry since it was purchased by his great grandfather in 1906.
